What do I need to get started on my website?
Answer
Step one would be to contact us for a free
consultation. After arranging to have a website constructed we will need
the following items:
1. Existing logo(s) and any artwork you would like included on the site.
Electronic format is preferable.
2. Proofed and edited concept ideas.
3. Your specific business information that you would like available on the
site.
4. Correct spelling and usage of your business's name, tagline, owner
information, etc.
5. Your business's location and contact information, including mailing
address, driving directions, email address, phone and fax numbers.
6. Choose a domain name, ie: www.a_name.com. If you already have an
existing website relay all information on how to access your server
space to WebMonkey Plus, Inc.

How much will the web site cost?

How long will it take to build?

This varies, once WebMonkey Plus, Inc. receives all necessary information
it will usually take no more than 10 business days and no less than three to
construct a typical Basic Web package. Larger websites will take longer
as will more complex projects.

Yes, can have up to 100 email accounts. Your new email addresses will be
similar to: you@a_name.com

How can I check my new email accounts?
Answer
You will be able to send and receive email messages from the Internet
anywhere in the world. Specific instructions on how to access your new
email accounts will be provided upon the completion of your website.

Who will maintain my new website?

This is really up to you. 99% of WebMonkey
Plus, Inc. customers have
chosen us to update their websites in the past. When we receive a
request either by email or telephone to change a website it is usually
done within a day.

Updates are billed at $35 per hour. Typical updates are completed within
10 minutes, which is $5.83

Answer
We charge $35 an hour. We can teach you over the phone or in
person.

Who will
host my site?
Answer
We will take
care of everything involved in getting you set up. This included in the
package price. Included is setting up domain names, transfers of domain
names, e-mail configurations, password protections and more.
We use
primarily useiPowerWeb
to host our sites. We also use other hosting companies, when clients
have less hosting needs. The cost of hosting is between $3.95 and 8.95 a month. Click
